Dr. Mohammed Haque

Dr. Haque is a dedicated optometrist serving the North Alabama community with compassionate, patient-focused care for over five years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.

With a strong foundation in science and clinical training, Dr. Haque is committed to delivering high-quality vision care and building lasting relationships with his patients. Dr. Haque’s areas of expertise within optometry include primary eye care, medical eye care, basic and specialty contact lens fitting/evaluation, neuro-ocular evaluation, and pediatric eye care.
Outside of practice, Dr. Haque enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their cat, Garfield. Together, they love exploring new parts of the United States and relaxing on beach getaways. They have also made it a family tradition to attend the Iron Bowl every year and root for their alma mater, the Auburn Tigers!

Dr. Amir Isfahani

Dr. Amir Isfahani brings over 15 years of experience in optometry, providing patients with exceptional care and personalized attention. A proud member of the local community, Dr. Isfahani grew up in Huntsville and is deeply committed to improving the vision and well-being of his patients.
Dr. Isfahani graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Alabama at Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry at the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Optometry.
Dr. Isfahani specializes in comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, vision correction, and preventative care. He is dedicated to offering solutions tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring optimal vision health for patients of all ages.
Dr. Isfahani has had the privilege of working with a diverse patient base, from children to seniors, and from everyday individuals to professionals. His commitment to staying at the forefront of optometric advancements ensures that his patients receive the most up-to-date and effective treatments available.

Dr. Melanie Chaney

Dr. Melanie Chaney’s passion for optometry began in her hometown of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, sparked by her very first eye exam. After high school, she gained hands-on experience working in a local optometry office, where she developed skills in eyewear fitting and patient care.
She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Physiology from the University of Akron, followed by her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University. As part of her clinical training, Dr. Chaney completed an externship at the Cleveland VA Medical Center in Brecksville, Ohio.
With nearly two decades of experience practicing in Northeast Ohio, Dr. Chaney also dedicated over 10 years to volunteering both nationally and internationally with OneSight, a global nonprofit committed to expanding access to vision care.

In 2015, she relocated to Alabama and continues to provide exceptional eye care with the same compassion and dedication that have defined her career. At Infinity Eye Care, Dr. Chaney brings a wealth of clinical expertise, with a focus on primary eye care, vision correction, diabetic and rheumatologic eye exams, and contact lens fittings. She is especially passionate about patient education, believing that informed patients are empowered to maintain their best possible vision. Outside the clinic, Dr. Chaney enjoys wood carving, practicing Tai Chi, and photography—often alongside her husband. Her active personal life reflects her deep commitment to balance, community, and connection.
